‘You shut your eyes and your eyelids glitter like a cosmos, the lights gleaming and grinning against the thin layer of skin dividing your pupils from the tense, oxygenated air that perches on the other side.

The dancing cosmos is so thrilling, that as soon as your eyelids peel open, you force them shut again, desiring the stark noir that encompasses the intense vibrancy, the flashes, the brilliancy of the dazzling stars.

The optic nerve processes the dazzling dalliance across the eyelids. Electric pulsations run down the back of your skull, the cosmos exploding on nerve endings and pulsating in the brain.’
